No Refund Policy

At The Billionaires Library, we provide high-quality digital e-books that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an e-book has been purchased and delivered.

This no-refund policy is standard practice for digital products and is in place for the following reasons:

  • Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Once delivered, digital content can be copied and retained even after a refund
  • We provide clear descriptions, previews, and information about our e-books to help you make informed purchasing decisions

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to our no-refund policy in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Technical Delivery Failure: If you have been charged for an e-book but did not receive it due to a technical error on our part, and our system shows that the e-book was not successfully delivered, we will either resend the e-book or process a refund.
  2. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same e-book twice within a short period (within 24 hours), we may refund the duplicate purchase at our discretion.
  3. Significantly Defective Product: If the e-book you received is significantly defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing significant content), we will first attempt to provide a corrected version. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.

Cancellation of Orders

Since our e-book delivery is automated and typically occurs immediately after purchase, it is generally not possible to cancel an order once payment has been processed.

Payment Issues

If you notice an unauthorized charge from The Billionaires Library on your payment method, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Last four digits of the payment method used
  • Any order or transaction ID you may have received
